MoveIn Loop

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These terms apply to the MoveIn Loop website and services, operated by Audire, Inc., a LoopForth company. Client engagements are also governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority where the two differ.

Our services

We build and operate enquiry response and follow-up systems for senior living communities, including messaging, AI-assisted calls, tour booking, reporting and the Enquiry Audit. We do not guarantee specific business results, occupancy or move-ins.

Not a care provider

MoveIn Loop is not a care provider. Our services and assistants do not give medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, do not assess care needs, and do not decide whether a community can meet a person's needs. Those decisions belong to the community and its qualified staff. In an emergency, call 911.

AI calls

Our AI voice assistants say they are an AI at the start of each call and offer a person at any time. Urgent or sensitive calls are transferred to the community's team. Calls may be recorded, with notice.

Client responsibilities

Acceptable use

Our services may not be used for unsolicited messages, unlawful or discriminatory content, or contacting people who have opted out or never enquired.

Text messaging

People who opt in may receive messages about their enquiry, tours and follow-up from the community they contacted. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of making an enquiry. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
