MoveIn Loop is a service operated by Audire, Inc. ("we", "us"), a LoopForth company. We help senior living communities respond to and follow up with families who contact them. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you contact us or become a client (name, community or company name, email, phone, and what you tell us in your message).
• On behalf of the senior living communities we work with, information that families and other enquirers submit to those communities (for example a name, phone number, email, the details of an enquiry, and tour bookings). For that information the community is in charge, and we process it only on its instructions.
• Basic technical data from our website (such as browser type and pages visited).

Health information

We aim to collect only what is needed to arrange a visit. Our assistants do not ask for diagnoses, medication lists, Social Security numbers or insurance numbers. If someone shares health details, we record no more than a general note (for example "needs help with daily care") and handle it as sensitive information.

How we use it

• To provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries, and send service messages.
• To send messages and make calls on a community's behalf, only to people who enquired with that community and agreed to be contacted.

Text messages and calls

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages, and only to send them. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Some calls may be answered or made by an AI voice assistant. It will tell you it is an AI at the start of the call, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time. Calls may be recorded so the community's team can follow up, and we say so at the start of the call.

Not a care provider

MoveIn Loop is not a care provider and does not give medical, legal or financial advice. Questions about care, health or pricing are passed to the community's own team.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the community you contacted, with service providers that help us run our services (for example hosting, email, messaging, calling and calendar providers) under appropriate agreements, or when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable security measures.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of calls and messages at any time. If your information came to us through a community we work with, we will pass your request to it and stop contacting you on its behalf.
